TrioJust is a community platform where users can share and discover travel experiences. The service may be partially or fully changed, restricted or terminated without notice.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all actions performed through it. Registration with accurate and current information is required. Your account cannot be transferred or shared with others.

TrioJust does not provide services to users under the age of 13. Users under 18 are expected to use the platform with the knowledge of their parent or legal guardian.

The content you share belongs to you; and you declare that such content is legal, accurate and respectful of third-party rights. TrioJust cannot be held liable for user-generated content. A limited license is granted to TrioJust for content published on the platform for display purposes; this license does not affect ownership of your content.

Keeping TrioJust an open, safe and quality space for everyone is our priority. Therefore, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• —Insults, threats, harassment or hate speech
• —Misleading, fake or intentionally incorrect information sharing
• —Unauthorized use of another person's content, identity or account
• —Spam, automated content generation or systematic abuse
• —Any interference or attack attempts against the platform's technical infrastructure
• —Infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
• —Sharing illegal content or use for illegal purposes

TrioJust reserves the right to remove content deemed to violate community guidelines and to suspend or close the relevant accounts without prior notice. This assessment is at TrioJust's discretion. Objections regarding closed accounts can be submitted through the contact form.

The platform is provided "as is". TrioJust does not assume direct liability for service interruptions, data losses or damages that may arise from user content. Access to the platform requires an internet connection, and the continuity of this connection is not guaranteed.

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the current terms.
